Had an issue with a pair of Hunters boots that I bought in Sept 25 but didn’t start wearing until November however less than two months later one of the boots disintegrated making them unusable, considering I spent well over £100 on the boots I was really frustrated with the purchase. Jack at BrandAlley was fantastic really understood my issue and worked to resolve the issue with Hunters which he did and got me the reimbursement for the poor quality product.
