I ordered a jumper in November and, after waiting three weeks, contacted them to check the status since it hadn't been delivered. After a few days, I received a reply stating it was out of stock, which I wasn't informed of at the time of order. It's now January, and despite trying to reach out via WhatsApp and email, I've received no response or item!
