Frustrating experience with my recent order

This was my second order, and I've now lost more money due to a supplier problem. Six weeks later, I feel scammed and have to pay again. I have all the evidence showing the scam, but the support team advised me to contact my bank for a refund, which isn’t possible with a bank transfer.

Fraud Alert: Unresolved Order Issues

I initially placed an order for one item and received it without any problems. However, after sending £1000, I have not received anything in return and have not received responses to several messages. I have reported this to the authorities, and the bank is also investigating as multiple customers are experiencing the same issue.

Steer clear of this company...

Steer clear of this company at all costs. I ordered trainers at the beginning of November, and it took three weeks just to inform me they were out of stock. Now, in mid-January, I still haven't received anything. I've requested a refund, but they only offer exchanges if I'm unhappy with the goods. I've received no updates despite my weekly follow-ups. The customer service is appalling, and I'm nearly £200 down.

They take your money through bank transfer and then claim they haven't received it. Communication is lacking, and it's best to avoid them unless you're willing to risk losing your money.

Fraudulent activity

Very dissatisfied

I ordered a jumper in November and, after waiting three weeks, contacted them to check the status since it hadn't been delivered. After a few days, I received a reply stating it was out of stock, which I wasn't informed of at the time of order. It's now January, and despite trying to reach out via WhatsApp and email, I've received no response or item!

Items never shipped

Items were never shipped. The customer service number blocked me when I inquired about it. It's embarrassing; do not purchase from this company. They ask you to reach out and then do not reply, making it a waste of time.

Ongoing scam

This feels like a scam, as is common nowadays. They should face consequences for this behavior. Thank you for allowing fake reviews. Now they respond asking me to contact them to resolve the issue, but the number provided is unresponsive!

Stay away!

I ordered an item only to find out it was out of stock. I made an alternative choice, but they ignored me. I placed my order on December 19th and have received nothing in return. They essentially stole my money. I sent multiple messages with zero responses. The customer service is nonexistent, and there’s no accountability. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this company.

Do not purchase - they take your money and don't deliver

I placed an order in November for over £600 and still haven't received any items. I attempted to cancel the pre-orders but was told I could only receive store credit, not a refund. Every item was promised to be in stock, only for them to later claim otherwise. This company owes me a significant amount and ruined my Christmas! I’ve reached out multiple times, and they just brush me off. One word: thieves!
