The staff were informative and easy to work with. However, the online system was problematic; the opening hours did not match the actual times. Additionally, one machine was missing and had to be collected from another location, which was stressful given my one-day hire. I had to return at 1 PM for the second machine, resulting in only half a day's use. Moreover, the dust collection bag was incorrect, forcing me to adapt my own equipment.
