The staff were accommodating and knowledgeable, which made for a pleasant experience. However, the online system was lacking. Upon arrival, the opening times didn't align with actual hours, and one machine was missing, requiring a trip to another branch, which added stress to my one-day hire. I had to return at 1 PM for the second machine, resulting in only half a day of use. Additionally, the dust collection bag was incorrect, necessitating modifications to my setup.
I was referred to this service for hiring an MI Tower for a local project. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The equipment was in excellent condition, and the delivery team was fantastic. Plus, the deposit was refunded promptly. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.
