However, a year ago, I paid $1,000 for a website revamp, and since then, I haven't received a single lead. When I called to report this after a year, I learned that the webpage update wasn't done correctly, causing the quote request feature to fail. It took weeks to fix, and now my custom email linked to the site isn't receiving any messages. Instead, I'm only getting scam leads from Russia and have not seen any legitimate leads since the update. The main issue now is that my email is completely non-functional and won't accept incoming mail.
