Disappointing Experience Over the Years

I signed up with the service 5 years ago, and initially, it was great! A couple of years later, I purchased a domain name, and although ownership was meant to be transferred to me, that never happened, which wasn't a major issue. However, a year ago, I paid $1,000 for a website revamp, and since then, I haven't received a single lead. When I called to report this after a year, I learned that the webpage update wasn't done correctly, causing the quote request feature to fail. It took weeks to fix, and now my custom email linked to the site isn't receiving any messages. Instead, I'm only getting scam leads from Russia and have not seen any legitimate leads since the update. The main issue now is that my email is completely non-functional and won't accept incoming mail.

I strongly advise against using this service for marketing! After signing me up, the representative became unresponsive to my concerns. I had to call from a different number to finally get in touch. They made multiple errors, leading me to hire an external auditor, and everything was mishandled—wrong company name, incorrect keywords, etc. They refuse to rectify the situation, will not cancel my service, and have stopped answering my calls. This company is a scam with numerous complaints filed against them. AVOID THIS SERVICE; THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS AWFUL!

Avoid This Service!

I strongly recommend not using this service for your marketing needs! After signing me up, the representative stopped communicating about the issues I faced. I had to call from a different number to reach her. They made numerous mistakes, and after hiring a third party to review my campaign, I found it was all mishandled—incorrect company name, wrong keywords, etc. They won’t make changes or refund my money, and they’ve stopped taking my calls. This company has several complaints and poor customer service!

I am genuinely surprised by the poor quality of service I received. From the start, the team made grand promises regarding SEO and social media for my business. Despite repeated assurances of professionalism and a month-to-month service, after three months, I saw no actual work, reports, or updates. My calls and emails often went unanswered, and when I did get a response, nothing was delivered. I eventually canceled via email, yet they continued to charge me, claiming I agreed to a six-month contract, which was not what I was told initially. They ignored my requests for promised reports. After months of payments, I have nothing to show. I regret trusting this service, and I advise others to be very cautious before signing anything.

Be cautious and regularly check your information. I faced issues with my business being suspended from the platform without notification. I learned of this from a customer. I had been a client for four years and everything was fine until new policies were enforced. They claimed I was verified, but I later discovered they hadn’t verified my business. I believe they are not up-to-date with the latest policies. After three months of suspension and additional costs to rectify the situation, they offered only a free month of service. I lost significant business and they refuse to take responsibility. I will not continue with this service once my contract ends.

Inadequate Service Setup

Initially, they did not list the correct services I offer. They did the bare minimum in setting up my account, and it took almost two weeks longer than promised to get my company listed. I have had zero visibility for my business as they did nothing beyond arranging a phone call with the platform.
