Been using them for a few months now. Good service, decent designs. They can implement very well based on references and requests. But they will NOT be a creative partner. You cannot brainstorm for inspiration or ideas with them, you have to do that yourself. Sometimes they surprise you with great work from the first try and other times you get real generic designs and it needs more than a couple of tried to reach the desired outcome. Communicating with one account manager is a good thing, you get to understand eachother more down the line and things become easier and flow better. Things will drag though.
