Review Time
Been using them for a few months now. Good service, decent designs. They can implement very well based on references and requests. But they will NOT be a creative partner. You cannot brainstorm for inspiration or ideas with them, you have to do that yourself.
Sometimes they surprise you with great work from the first try and other times you get real generic designs and it needs more than a couple of tried to reach the desired outcome.
Communicating with one account manager is a good thing, you get to understand eachother more down the line and things become easier and flow better.
Things will drag though.

- Corrupt business practice. Tested them out for a trial period of 6 days. Feedbacked that I was canceling before 1st project concluded. I was then requested by the project manager to give them another chance on a 2nd project. Before 2nd project concluded, was informed that I was billed for the month. Be warned of this loophole - Delivered on simple designs with specific instructions - Lack of conceptual capabilities- Good for small businesses who do not want the trouble of always briefing different freelancers. - Misleading that they have the speed to cater as a replacement for agencies
