Flooded My House! Update2 months later. Still nothing.

Over a week ago, Brandsmart came to my home to install a washer/dryer purchased on their website. The people installing the washer/dryer flooded my condo as well as the unit under mines. Water ran from a pipe they broke for around 10 minutes. One of the men installing the washer/dryer tried to tug on the water hose repeatedly instead of unscrewing the hose completely. The pressure of pulling the hose caused a pipe to break in half. The water to my entire building had to be turned off until I called an emergency plumber to turn to fix the pipe. Brandsmart team did pay for the plumber.Since that day, they have not done anything about the water damage they caused to my home. One of my bedrooms carpet was completely soaked. The entire house smells sour and like mildew. The unit under me ceiling start to droop. I’ve called the contact for the delivery several times and he can’t/wont give me a update or ETA when they will start drying or fixing my home. I’ve called Brandsmarts Corporate number twice and both times I’ve been told that an email was being sent to someone and they would call me the next day.Now more than a week later, I’ve spent more than $1000 on a washer/dryer that is sitting in the middle of my living room – where the installer left it after cause server water damage to my home and nothing has been done to repair anything.****I’d like to update that more than two months ago my home was flooded. No repairs have been completed. The washer/dryer I purchase from Brandsmart I still don’t even know if it is functional because of the damage it is still sitting in the middle of my living room. It look more than a month for me to be even connect with an insurance person for the company. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a large company.
