Ordered a white pair of Skecher BOB trainers received cream trainers. The pictures also showed white trainers not cream. Complained to Brantano this is their reply: We understand your concern regarding the colour difference between the item you received and how it appeared on your screen. While we do our best to display our products as accurately as possible, please note that colours can vary depending on individual screen settings, lighting conditions, and display types. White is white cream is cream nothing to do with shading or pc lighting. So be warned you may not get what you thought you were going to get. I will not ever buy from this cowboy company again. Customer service is rubbishBecause of this, our policy does not cover return shipping costs for colour variations that occur due to screen-to-real-life differences.
