Ordered a white pair of Skecher BOB trainers received cream trainers. The pictures also showed white trainers not cream. Complained to Brantano this is their reply:
We understand your concern regarding the colour difference between the item you received and how it appeared on your screen. While we do our best to display our products as accurately as possible, please note that colours can vary depending on individual screen settings, lighting conditions, and display types.
White is white cream is cream nothing to do with shading or pc lighting. So be warned you may not get what you thought you were going to get. I will not ever buy from this cowboy company again. Customer service is rubbish

Because of this, our policy does not cover return shipping costs for colour variations that occur due to screen-to-real-life differences. We genuinely appreciate your understanding, and we’re always here to help if you need more detailed product information before your next purchase.

Service what a service.

What a serviced an issue which was dealt with in a short time. In this day and age the response was way above what you would expect to receive. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future

Fleet & Foster brand from India - 6 is more like a 7

Ordered three items, two pairs of boots, one pair of sandals. There really needs to be far better help regarding measurements when buying online - actual foot measurements and internal shoe measurements etc (like they offer on TEMU)...One of the pair of boots, in my usual size 6 (Fleet & Foster Morocco Twin Zip Ankle Boot Navy), were loose all around the foot and the ankle, even with a thick shearing sole added and thick socks, and I tried a special arch support sole too, I could get two fingers behind my heel - surely they have been labelled wrongly (note they were made in India), they would fit a size 7 easily. So, I contacted CS, this is the reply I got when I asked about returning them: "Thank you for contacting us at Brantano and thank you for your patience! Sizing can vary in different styles and brands . We don't do free returns sorry." So, they sell wrongly sized boots but I have to pay to return them. Wow, they care about their products and their customers. NOT. The other two products I bought are okay, not great, just average, really does put me off buying online. Lesson learned, stick to high street shops for footwear...

Reported a problem with a faulty boot. Sent photos and a emailed explanation on Brantano site. Within 24 hours refund issued, no quibbles. A rarity today to receive such good customer service.

Really happy!

I ordered some Josef Siebel shoes that were uncomfortable due to my ankles chaffing. Brantano were brilliant in reimbursing me and didn’t charge me to return which I would have thought fair as they were now out of pocket.I then decided I would buy my next pair from them (Cotswold shoes) which I have just done and I am very pleased with my purchase. It feels like they really care about the past negative reviews.Thank you!

Paid extra for next day delivery as I had ordered well before 5 pm on Sunday should of received Monday and never received till late Tuesday poor service

Immediate refund for faulty boots

I purchased a pair of muck boots in November. Unfortunately they started to come apart. I contacted Brantano with photographs and without further question they are giving a full refund. Cannot fault their customer service.
