I ordered some Josef Siebel shoes that were uncomfortable due to my ankles chaffing. Brantano were brilliant in reimbursing me and didn’t charge me to return which I would have thought fair as they were now out of pocket.I then decided I would buy my next pair from them (Cotswold shoes) which I have just done and I am very pleased with my purchase.
