I did not realise this company is part of (now called) ski sportsThey give you a QR for returns, which you then have to pay. After paying £6 for delivery I did not expect to have to pay a further £5 to return the boots The female boots were far too big, not true to size at all. The description was not accurate. I will not purchase from this company again
