I ordered a size 6 which for all my life and every shoe in my wardrobe is a Euro 39. I paid for express delivery as needed for an event. A size 391/2 arrived which were far too big. Not only did this mean I couldn't wear to the event but Brantano refused to refund the extra postage I paid for or offer to cover the return postage. They actually could have been less helpful and I will NEVER be using them again.
