I ordered a pair of walking boots, which when arrived were too tight around my foot. I returned them at a cost to myself of £6.00 only to find that the postage of £5.00 for sending them out to me was deducted from my refund. It cost me £11.00 to try on a pair of boot!! Never again will I order from this company!
