A pair of muck boots arrived in a tatty, old battered box, They did not fit so I asked to return them. I had a very smug reply from someone called ‘joy’ saying I should ‘send them back with a courier of my choice’ I replied asking if she could send me a free post print out delivery and had no reply to this email. I then had to call Brantano direct to explain my situation and find out if I could have a free post return and the very rude and unsympathetic lady said they don’t offer free returns even if it was to return for a swap in size. To summarise I would not recommend buying from this company, rude and unhelpful staff .
