I purchased a pair of boots in February 2025. By August, just 6 months later and after about 600 miles of use, they began to fall apart. The stitching on the uppers came undone from normal use. I reached out for support but received no response. I sent them for repairs, which cost £86. While comfortable, the quality and craftsmanship are appalling.
