Great at selling, but the aftercare is appalling. I spent a significant amount on a pair of walking boots, and they refused to replace them because they were out of warranty, even with proof they had only been worn a few times. After 25 years of loyalty, I won't use them again. It's disappointing to see such a decline in customer service and product quality.
