Don't bother shopping on their website. Not sure what they're game is but if you purchase anything:- they take the payment from your account immediately - they will not send you a confirmation email/ proof of purchase- your order will not show in your brasher accountSo now you have no clue of your order number or any important details- they will cancel your order a day later without notifying you by email - luckily they will refund you the amount I was only able to get more information because I chased up on my order a few hours after my purchase. It's no longer Brasher that handle anything, it's Millets. I had to mention I purchased products from the Brasher website as they couldn't find my order in their system! Their (Millets) customer service is alright, but be prepared to speak with a different CS representative each time. I found that most representatives will not read your email thread to understand your question(s) - so best to repeat yourself in every email to avoid frustration and a very long email thread. They (Millets) are very polite and prompt at responding though.
