I had lunch with a friend and ordered a cheese soufflé, which was undercooked. I chose not to complain. When the main course arrived, it was a burnt, dry burger with blackened bun edges. It was quite disappointing to receive such a meal. They did remove the burger from the bill, for which I am thankful. Nonetheless, it was an unhappy experience.
