The excellent, professional customer service. Every question I had regarding my purchase has been answered within a few hours. On the day of delivery a 2 man team took their time in setting the unit up and going through every part of the set up process. There was a slight problem with my Plunge. I emailed them that night, the very next morning i had an Engineer called Jack come over and fix the issue. Jack also took his time in explaining things and left once I was satisfied with everything. As a company, you can’t foresee every problem that may arise but what you can do is make sure you’re able to be on the end of the phone/email and rectify the problems and Brass Monkey do just that!! It was the exact customer service I’d expect from a quality company.
