I bought a pair of jeans during a holiday sale. They weren’t shipped until early December and then went missing for weeks. The customer service responses were slow and unhelpful, simply advising me to wait. On January 3rd, it showed delivered to my address, but it was nowhere to be found. When I reached out again, they told me to contact the postal service, which confirmed the delivery status but offered no help. I spent a good amount of money and waited weeks for nothing. I do not recommend.
