I was advised to wait due to potential issues with the postal service, which I did for several weeks. After 4 weeks, I received a notification stating the package was delivered while I was home, but it was nowhere to be found. I am certain it wasn't stolen, as I live in a rural area where theft has never been a problem. When I informed the support team, they claimed it was stolen and said there was nothing they could do.

When I called customer support, the representative was rude and promised an email confirmation that never came. I just wanted to know when my order would arrive, not a refund.
