I ordered jeans for over $200 and, as of January 9, 21 days later, I still have no shipping confirmation. I received a message indicating my order was shipped, but the courier had no record of it. When I called customer support, the representative was rude and promised an email confirmation that never came. I just wanted to know when my order would arrive, not a refund. This experience has been very frustrating, and the customer service was unprofessional.
