I placed an order for shoes on 11/28. I reached out to customer support multiple times to check the status and was assured my order would be shipped soon. After waiting over two weeks, I requested to cancel my order as the shoes were intended as a Christmas gift and it was clear they wouldn't arrive in time. I received yet another automated response. Five days later, I followed up to confirm my cancellation request and was told a refund would be processed. Eleven days later, I got a reply stating I couldn't cancel my order due to limited availability. I hadn't ordered custom shoes; I chose a pair listed as available on their site, which had still not shipped after a month. I emailed again for a refund but never received a response. Ultimately, I disputed the charge with my bank. Dealing with this service has been a total waste of my time. If they had simply canceled my order and issued a refund when I first requested it or provided notice about potential delays before I ordered, I wouldn't be posting this complaint now. Instead, they had the nerve to deny my refund request despite a month of waiting with no shipping date in sight. Spare yourself the hassle!
