I’ve bought a couple items from them and would rave about it to others. But ever since their Black Friday event, they’ve gone downhill. I participated in 2 of their BF roulette events that they were doing for some free items. I got a confirmation email for one of the free items and tried for a 2pm draw where they would refund the first 100 orders. I didn’t get that one but they posted the orders they did refund and they refunded a bunch of orders placed at 1:59pm. It took 2 MONTHS for me to get one of those items and I’m still waiting for my other item. I’ve emailed twice about this and the free item and they’ve told me the free item doesn’t exist. I literally got a confirmation email about it. They were just scamming their customers to buy more things under the premise of “giving back to their loyal customers.” Their customer service takes forever to get back to you and they just keep saying “still in the fulfillment process and will ship when it’s ready” WHEN WILL THAT EVER HAPPEN?? They tend to be more responsive on their instagram but will delete your comments to not look bad. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Similar experience with many others- ordered shoes from this company for our son because they had some cool styles, but then waited months for product to be shipped with terrible communication. Then when arrived and were not sized right company was absolutely would not exchange for correct size. Just very difficult to work with and disappointing.
I placed an order on December 15th that was confirmed. It was marked as “Out for delivery” on the 26th, but I never got a tracking number. Now, over a month has passed, while their website claims shipping happens within 3-5 business days. The most frustrating part is their complete refusal to respond to emails or messages. I've already initiated a dispute with my bank, reported them to the relevant authorities, and flagged their social media accounts. If a business is going to operate, they need to prioritize their customers. Improvements are necessary.
Proceed with caution!!! Terrible customer service!!! We placed an order for jeans on December 13th, and a month later, we still haven't received them. Their email responses are mostly lacking, and when they do reply, they falsely claim that the shipment was 'delivered,' despite the tracking information they provided and the app indicating otherwise. Never again.

I received yet another automated response. Five days later, I followed up to confirm my cancellation request and was told a refund would be processed. Eleven days later, I received a reply stating I couldn't cancel my order due to limited availability. I hadn't ordered custom shoes; I selected a pair marked as available on their site, which still hadn't shipped after a month. I emailed again asking for a refund but never got a response. Ultimately, I disputed the charge with my bank. Interacting with this service has been a complete waste of my time. If they had just done the right thing by canceling my order and issuing a refund when I first asked or provided notice about potential delays before I placed my order, I wouldn't be writing this complaint now. Instead, they had the audacity to deny my refund request, despite a month-long wait with no shipping date in sight. Save yourself the trouble!
Do not order from them!! I placed an order for items that were advertised as shipping immediately, and I never received them after 4 weeks. I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card company and received a refund almost immediately. I won't be ordering from them again!

It took a long time to receive it. Shipping and taxes were expensive, and the product felt cheap. It resembled a poor-quality order 😭. Hard to get a response regarding a return, and ultimately I was left with no possibility of a refund. Be cautious of their policies 👍.
