I received yet another automated response. Five days later, I followed up to confirm my cancellation request and was told a refund would be processed. Eleven days later, I received a reply stating I couldn't cancel my order due to limited availability. I hadn't ordered custom shoes; I selected a pair marked as available on their site, which still hadn't shipped after a month. I emailed again asking for a refund but never got a response. Ultimately, I disputed the charge with my bank. Interacting with this service has been a complete waste of my time. If they had just done the right thing by canceling my order and issuing a refund when I first asked or provided notice about potential delays before I placed my order, I wouldn't be writing this complaint now. Instead, they had the audacity to deny my refund request, despite a month-long wait with no shipping date in sight. Save yourself the trouble!
