Bravofly is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They cancelled my flight from Vienna to Beijing just 16 days before departure—conveniently missing the 14-day EU compensation window by a mere two days. This was the start of a pre-booked 3-week Asia holiday, yet they left me in total limbo for over a week with zero clear information. I was forced to handle everything on my own, eventually shelling out for expensive last-minute tickets just to save my trip.
The 'support' is a joke. I spent over 10 hours fighting with their lousy app and a useless, unfriendly chat that provided absolutely no solutions. To make matters even worse, it took over two months and endless requests for 'additional documents' to finally get my refund. The cherry on top? They shamelessly deducted a €70 'processing fee.' This is an illegal practice for flights cancelled by the provider, but at this point, they have already robbed me of so much time and sanity that I refuse to waste another second on a lawyer for this trash company. If you value your money and your nerves, stay far away. I hope someone finally puts this shady business out of commission. Worst experience ever.
