I was looking for 4 airfares to and from Nadi to Port Vila.
Bravo fly seemed the cheapest of all, and beat the original Fiji Airways website by over 250 F$.
Price was set in Euros.
First all in was 570 including taxes, fees etc.. then once I added my CC details it jumped to 582 with the addition of an agency fee, and finally when I pressed the payment button, they asked me if I wanted the flex option, which I declined but never the less the price jumped to 711 Eur with no warning nor explanation, and by then it was too late to cancel. Fortunately my bank always ask for a secure authorization which I of course refused. This saved me from getting screwed by Bravo Fly. So people, be aware this website is a massive scam artist, DO NOT use these crooks for any of your travel arrangements.
The price changes as soon as you hit the payment button.
The final price was actually more than the original quote from Fiji Airways. They just lied on the numbers. Not mentioning that during the booking process, they try to sell tons of rubbish assurances, options here and there and even try to charge for a seat selection way way more than the Airline does. You have been warned.

You send the same reply to everyone, pretending you care, when in fact your are just a chatbot and no one ever calls you back.... Bravo Lie all the way.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with BravoFly.
I booked flight tickets, and only on the final payment screen they suddenly added an extra $500 per ticket. This was never clearly shown beforehand — completely misleading.
Even worse, I tried to cancel within one hour of purchase, and they refused to give any refund. Zero flexibility, zero customer service.
The amount of hidden fees is insane. What looks cheap at first turns into a nightmare at checkout.
Do yourself a favor and never use BravoFly.

I booked a flight for four people from Istanbul to Stockholm for around 11,000 SEK, paying an additional 325 SEK per ticket for a refundable option. There was no checked baggage included, so I had to pay an extra 500 SEK for each of the six bags, totaling around 3,000 SEK. When I attempted to cancel and request a refund, I was offered a 5,700 SEK voucher instead of a cash refund, which feels unfair to passengers. Additionally, the baggage fees are non-refundable, and the company only returns 90% of the ticket cost without considering the baggage and insurance expenses. This approach is unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. It's better to book directly with the main airlines. I felt deceived. The customer support was also lacking and unhelpful. The terms on the website are misleading, advertising lower ticket prices but accumulating additional costs by the time you check out. Paying 325 SEK for a refundable ticket only to receive a voucher is simply unfair.
I regret not purchasing the ticket directly from the airline. The airline shows just an additional 100 kr for the ticket, which initially attracted me to buy from the other service. However, when I tried to add a single hand trolley for one person (round trip), the cost was about 500 kr more. The airline lists it at 298 kr while the other service shows 757 kr (unbelievable). I would never choose to buy from them again 👎
Avoid this service if you need any help! I had my work bag stolen with my passport! I tried to change my booking date through the chat service and was told it was possible, only to receive an email an hour and 45 minutes later stating there were no available flights and to contact the airline. They misled me about their capabilities! I was in touch with the airline while messaging them, and they confirmed that no actions had been taken. I will never use this service again and will warn others against it! Use at your own risk!

Very frustrating! The system is difficult to navigate... I never selected any luggage, yet it automatically chose options for me. I couldn't get any proper assistance! We were charged nearly $300 more than the advertised price, and no breakdown of charges was provided on our receipt. Absolutely frustrating!
Terrible experience overall. They are quick to take your money, but customer support is lacking. My daughter missed her flight due to a car breakdown, and when I inquired about a refund, they canceled the return flight instead. It was not the airline's fault, but the service's, and I clearly requested a refund for the missed flight.
