Steer clear if you need assistance! I had my work bag stolen, including my passport. I tried to change my booking date through chat and was told it was possible, but received an email later saying there were no available flights and to contact the airline. They misled me about their capabilities! Terrible customer service! While messaging them, the airline confirmed no actions had been taken. I will never use this service again and will warn others against it! This reflects poorly on the management, likely training their staff in this manner!
