This felt incredibly deceptive. I deliberately chose the cheapest rate the entire way through the booking process, and only after entering my card details was I shown another screen where it was not at all obvious that a FULLFLEX policy was being added. Suddenly the total price had gone up by about $200. That is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate trick to get customers to pay more than they intended. I have been trying to get in touch with them to refund the charge but all I can find is a useless AI chat bot that will not connect me with a real person.
