Scummy company that adds fake fees AFTER you click submit. They don’t let you cancel within 24 hours either, even with the “Fullflex”. After submitting claim with them via their online agent, who said I’d hear back within 24 hours, I not only have I never heard back, they blocked me from ever being able to chat with anyone. I had to submit a claim with my CC instead. Do not trust them AT ALL.
