Frustrating Experience with the Service

Our pawn shop in Florida faced closure today due to issues with the service during the transition from our previous program, which was excellent but was acquired by the company. I cannot recommend this service at all. We spent the entire day trying to reach someone, and it wasn't until around 2:00 PM that we finally got a response. I understand the time difference, but the automated message about the service being closed was frustrating. This company takes money without providing any return value!
