Our pawn shop in Florida, Vero Beach, was unable to operate today due to significant issues with the pawn program after the transition from our previous system, which was excellent but was acquired by the company. At this moment, I cannot recommend this service for anything. We spent the entire day trying to reach someone, but it wasn't until about 2:00 PM that we finally received a call back. I understand there is a time difference, but the automated message indicated that the service was closed today, Tuesday, December 2nd. A frustrating experience with a company that takes money without providing any value in return!

We became part of the company with our three family-owned pawn shops back in June 2016. The service was new at that time but quite impressive. They provide a cloud-based system that caters to the daily needs of pawn shops of all sizes. We quickly realized that the software allowed us to focus on what we enjoy—being pawnbrokers. Over the years, the company has continuously impressed us with its growth and advancements. This system is not just a complete POS for sales, loans, and trades, but we also appreciate their efficient program that has reduced errors and streamlined audits. The mobile feature has transformed how we handle extensions and renewals, allowing customers to manage transactions easily online. Our online sales have soared thanks to their integration with various platforms. There are numerous features that simplify our operations and give us more time to grow our business. I can confidently say that this service offers an incredible platform that won't disappoint.

When DOS systems emerged, we transitioned to another service, which supported us throughout the process. As technology advanced, so did the service we used. They've continually evolved, ensuring that we never outgrew them. Now, as that service begins to phase out, this new company has taken over with full transparency, making the transition smooth and demonstrating their commitment to being a long-term business partner. Their honesty and support mean a lot after nearly 30 years of loyalty.

This time, I had a fantastic interaction with a representative from the support team. From the moment I submitted a ticket, I received a callback within the hour. The representative was professional, articulate, and very patient! They guided me through the application setup and addressed all the details I needed to know. Their positive attitude made the call enjoyable, even when we faced some installation challenges. I appreciate the excellent support from this team, which has been a rarity for me lately.
I can only give one star because zero stars aren't an option. I used a previous product for years and found it to be fantastic. But after the company took over, the experience has been terrible. Each transaction takes three times longer than necessary, and many prompts are pointless. I tried using it but realized it would harm my business. The service has been equally disappointing, with technicians often unresponsive and issues remaining unresolved. Many users are voicing similar complaints about this subpar program. Furthermore, they refuse to refund deposits or release us from lengthy contracts. I believe previous users should consider legal action due to our mistreatment. Avoid wasting time and money on this poorly designed program.
This is a robust POS system that is straightforward to implement and maintain. The staff adapted to the system quickly. We faced some challenges transitioning from a paper system to this platform, but the onboarding team's support made the process swift and hassle-free.
I thought I was the only one facing problems with my account being blocked randomly. They flagged my account for buying too frequently, labeling it as fraudulent without any evidence. After numerous transactions without issues, I am now facing interruptions. They are causing losses on legitimate transactions, and their fraud detection team seems ineffective. This service is not the solution for pawn shops looking for a comprehensive platform.
