Review Time
I purchased a lamp for my living room here, and I'm still pleased every time I switch it on. The light is soft and cozy, unlike some harsher ones I've had in the past. The quality seems solid, and it came well-packaged. Overall, a very positive experience.
I didn’t really think a lamp would make much difference but… it actually does. The light is warm and soft and the room feels calmer at night. It doesn’t feel flimsy either, which I was a bit worried about. Honestly quite pleased with it.
I guess this was a very new start up when I placed this order.Good points are that the lamp I bought was very distinctive, pretty and very well wrapped. The staff are friendly, prompt in answering queries and are obviously trying hard to please.Unfortunately, things fell apart after ordering. The details promised free delivery within a very few days, which I thought was a bit ambitious since the company was based in The Netherlands. In fact the delivery was about 4 weeks overdue when I received it, although I had learned that the reason lay with the shipping agents. I think this company has been on a steep learning course but their products do look excellent, and I was impressed by their customer service. They have real potential and I would order from them again if I found something that met my needs..
