FedEx is unworthy of even a one star rating. Overall, FedEx is bad for business and are tarnishing their brand. I canceled my purchase order and got a full refund because of the no delivery. Now the business lost the sale and now they have to deal with getting their merchandise back from FedEx. A double whammy. FedEx is bad for business.

Iam extremely grateful and thankful that she did. She was professional and at the same time caring. I didn’t get her name but she is the manager for the Tampa location 33603 area. Thank u again. She was my angel.

Fed ex delivered to my house arriving with loud rap music blaring got out threw my package then couldn't figure out how to back out my driveway so he pulled in yard got stuck tried getting out tore my yard up .couldn't get out so left truck came back tearing up yard once worse leaving huge rats and skid marks .they said they would fix it but never did not even an apology just rediculas. Thanks fed ex !

Terrible experience will not be ordering from here ! Walmart+ member using FedEx Packaging to deliver . DD was 2/28 told so many lies on why bed was delivered , still haven’t gotten my order and keep getting told to “wait until next day” everytime I call customer service I will never order again if I have to use FedEx to deliver at this point I don’t know if my package is stolen or just disappeared!

FedEx gives you a day and time window when they will deliver a package. Mine was today before 3 PM.

FedEx gives you a day and time window when they will deliver a package. Mine was today before 3 PM. Now they’ve lost track of the package and have no idea when I’ll receive it. FedEx has gone way downhill. I will certainly make every effort to use UPS or another surface instead of FedEx in the future. I would suggest others do the same. They need to get their act together. They used to be fantastic. Now they’re a nuisance to deal with.

I’m giving one star only because the system doesn’t allow a zero-star rating, and if it were up to me, I would go as low as minus ten for their service. Worst company ever.
On February 4, I sent an 8 lb package to a foreign country via FedEx and was charged $453 for home delivery. As of today, February 27, the package still hasn’t been delivered, even though I was told it would arrive within one week of the shipping date.
The reason? They hired a third-party broker who is now demanding additional fees on top of what I already paid, and I was never informed about this beforehand.
When you charge a customer for a service, you are expected to deliver that service. You charged the customer to DELIVER a package, and you failed to live up to that commitment. Whether you use a third party, a fourth one, or even a tenth one is none of my concern, since I was not informed about it at the time of shipment. Here I am, 23 days later, with no idea where my package is or when it will be delivered, and no guarantee of any refund. I called four times to follow up on this, and each time they asked for my email address and phone number, promising to get back to me with an update. However, I have never received a call or an email from them.
I will NEVER use FedEx again, and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this experience and spread the word so that people won’t be misled anymore.

I waited all day for a package that I had to sign for, watching on the map as the delivery driver took the worst possible route around town. Finally, at 9 pm the truck pulled up onto my street, parked at a different house for 30 minutes, and then drove away. I didn't get my package.

I paid almost $40 to have a package delivered, it was not picked up by for 4 days and stated that it will take two weeks to get over five states. It is supposed to be delivered today but it doesn't even show a delivery en route. There's absolutely no one to talk to and the phone tree system is the most insipid system I have ever experienced in my life. This company needs to go away.

They always try to leave a "sorry we missed you note" by making an almost silent knock for signature verification. Our dogs go crazy and usually alert us someone is there but we don't always get there in time to stop them. Guy muttered something about the cold when I opened the door and snatched the note off the door he had already attached and was kind of rude. I just signed and took the package.

We've had packages thrown before and other bad things. We try never to go with them but occasionally still get packages when sellers on various platforms choose to use them. Stay away.
