Wish I could give them Zero. Product not as described, took a while to come, came in a bad state. Emailed for a refund - ignored initially - only answered after multiple emails, and then they consistently try to break UK distance selling rules and offer partial refunds and ask for you to pay for the returns. Actioned a chargeback via my bank as they are clearly a scam.
I am very unhappy with the product quality. It's not good at all. I bought a similar item from another platform that was comparable but £15 cheaper. When it arrived, your lamp was actually worse. I couldn't gift it as intended due to this. Moreover, delivery took more than 3 weeks, which was not as promised on your website.
Disappointed to say the least. I ordered the cow head that looks stunning in the picture and is described as a large centerpiece, with provided dimensions. It arrived tiny and doesn't resemble the misleading photos at all. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this seller.
This seller is a scam. I paid over £1000 for items that never arrived. When I reached out, they kept making promises about the delivery... "by the end of the week", "please be patient", "in two days..." Each time, nothing arrived. When I requested a refund, they ignored me. A complete scam. STAY AWAY.
Very misleading seller. They don't inform you that products ship from overseas. When I asked about returns and whether I would have to send items back to the country of origin, they refused to answer. Essentially, the answer is yes, at your own cost. My order has been stuck overseas for over two weeks now. They claim shipping should take 7-10 days. I tried to cancel, but they are refusing.
