The service on my car went well,
The MOT was traumatic !! we were told by Tracey, on reception, that my car was going to fail the test because of a leaking pipe on the driver's windscreen wiper. I asked if it could be fixed and she said that " it could not be fixed today as they did not have the part, and that it would cost £400. We were both very shocked to hear this. Tracey said she would check to see if this could be repaired on the warranty and went away promising to do her best.
My Wife and I were in a state of shock as we waited ten minutes for the news, Tracey came back and informed us that she had made a mistake and that it was not our car but a Mobility car.
We were both in a bit of panic as to where we would get the money from, as we already had over £300 to pay for the service and MOT. We eventually left and made our way home. We were both very upset.

    Our Managing Director, Paul Brayley, started work as an apprentice automobile technician at the age of 16. He progressed through the ranks, gaining experience at all levels over his 44-year career, and founded Brayleys in 2003.

    Needless to say, Paul knows the automotive industry inside out, and it’s his dynamic energy and no-compromise approach to customer focus that has enabled Brayleys to expand from its humble beginnings to the successful business of today.

    Paul strongly believes in bringing family values to the workplace, and Brayleys offers a friendly, caring, responsible and respectful service to all customers, enabling them to trust us with their motoring needs time and again.
