The service on my car went well,
The MOT was traumatic !! we were told by Tracey, on reception, that my car was going to fail the test because of a leaking pipe on the driver's windscreen wiper. I asked if it could be fixed and she said that " it could not be fixed today as they did not have the part, and that it would cost £400. We were both very shocked to hear this. Tracey said she would check to see if this could be repaired on the warranty and went away promising to do her best.
My Wife and I were in a state of shock as we waited ten minutes for the news, Tracey came back and informed us that she had made a mistake and that it was not our car but a Mobility car.
We were both in a bit of panic as to where we would get the money from, as we already had over £300 to pay for the service and MOT. We eventually left and made our way home. We were both very upset.
Put deposit down to secure it and when I went up to test drive and collect I had to wait over an hour to see someone. On the test drive the car started smoking and we headed straight back slowly. We looked under the bonnet and there was no coolant in the tank and it smelt of oil. Took me 2 weeks to get my £250 deposit back.
I was given a date to attend by Paula and upon attending met by Brad who kept me informed about progress on a task classified as warranty work. While there Brad answered a couple of other different queries I put to him and I left the premises in my car with a good feeling about my treatment by Braleys.
I had such a brilliant experience at Brayleys, myself and my husband came on the off chance we might see a car that we could afford, we were so pleasantly surprised by the range that was available and how knowledgeable and supported the staff were. Shae helped us throughout our visit and allow us to see lots of different vehicles which met our needs. We actually ended up being interested in a hybrid car which we had never considered before, but has completely changed the trajectory of our purchase. Shae ensured we were fully informed about all of the different vehicles. Honda has to offer and how these can fit into our lifestyle. Once we had found a car Shae insured it was delivered to the showroom and completely refurbished, it honestly feels like a completely brand-new car and we are so obsessed. I am so pleased with the service we have had and the subsequent check-in is to make sure we are happy with the car and everything is moving smoothly. I have recommended everyone to come and see Shae for their car shopping needs! A true professional with client care at the highest priority. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us. We are so grateful.
I am completely fine with the service department they did great work but I did have enquiry with sales person . I had very bad service and I asked one questing 4 times but didn’t get an answer. I told him the same and walked away. If he could handled properly I could have booked new CRV yesterday . It is complete miss handling of customer which result losing sale.

Just had my Kia Ceed into Brayleys for a "while-you-wait" MOT. Easy to book the slot by phone. Good reminders before the day. Easy to park on the day. MOT completed promptly and well within the slot. As always with Brayleys (I've been going for services & MOTs for 3-4 years), the service advisors are excellent - very professional, helpful, friendly etc. Always make you feel valued - even when it's just an MOT. Servicing workmanship (when required) is also very good. Very happy to recommend the dealership.
I went to Brayley Nissan Wolverhampton for a car service. From the very beginning, I was met with friendly and professional customer care. I had my first car service scheduled at a local dealership, and upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by friendly staff, including two wonderful representatives at the service counter. They patiently addressed all my questions, which I truly appreciated. The service team that performed the work was also very welcoming, and I cannot commend them enough for their outstanding service. I even received a video on my mobile phone showing the health check being conducted on my car, which was impressive. Thank you all; I'll see you in 12 months for my next service.
