Before my breakdown cover was due (27th March) an auto renewal that I was unaware of kicked in and has charged me money for something I do not want! I’m sure I did not sign up for this. I’ve emailed the company (via the address specified on their website and not a reply to an automated email) and have heard nothing back, and in that time the money has been taken. Not to mention that my breakdown cover cost has almost doubled in a year - I want my money back please!!! I’m sure the company will deny that I contacted them in time, so let this be proof that I DO NOT WANT THIS COVER, 3 days before it’s set to renew! To clarify, I have sent the online contact form off and have been told I’ll be refunded - nothing paid yet though
