It’s baffling; they have my details and know I’m subscribed. Why would I only change my address once and not for subsequent orders? Additionally, they take about a week to respond to emails. I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars on this service for a product that costs about $0.10 elsewhere. They have high profit margins but offer terrible customer service.
