Expensive with poor customer support. I didn't realize I had missed my last two orders due to moving. Before relocating, I notified them to update my address. They did change it for that order, but then sent the next two to my old address, so I never got the products. When I brought this up, they claimed it wasn't their fault for not knowing I was on a subscription model and that my address wasn't updated for future orders. Seriously? They have my order information and know I'm subscribed. Why would I update my address once and then revert back after moving? Additionally, their response time is about a week for each email. Overall, I’ve spent hundreds on this service for a product that costs around $0.10 elsewhere. They have huge profit margins but offer terrible customer support.
