My lamp didn’t arrive. I chased the company and delivery agent with no effect. The company were not particularly helpful. After 3 weeks I was told by the delivery agent it was lost - I had to provide evidence to the company and eventually they conceded. I have twice asked for a refund and been told it was being processed but still no refund. It is more than 2 months since my order and I’m now having to raise a dispute with my credit card. Certainly not a happy customer!
