I ordered a moon light which is really pretty. However the light lasts for about 4 hours and therefore needs charging every day to use which is frustrating
The wooden slats that the light stands on came with one broken so I had to email them for a replacement. When I've checked the tracking details the item is coming from China and has taken 2 weeks. Their website makes you believe they are based in Canada
False information. They claim to offer a discount in exchange for your email address (pretty standard practice right?) except it’s not a discount code. Instead you are redirected to their sales page. Blatantly misguiding. I was planning on purchasing some bowls, I’ll look elsewhere now. Nice way to lose a customer in a few seconds
My lamp didn’t arrive. I chased the company and delivery agent with no effect. The company were not particularly helpful. After 3 weeks I was told by the delivery agent it was lost - I had to provide evidence to the company and eventually they conceded. I have twice asked for a refund and been told it was being processed but still no refund. It is more than 2 months since my order and I’m now having to raise a dispute with my credit card. Certainly not a happy customer!

I had two damaged items in the mail, and the customer service and communication with absolutely incredible. I received a full refund and the assistance regarding my purchase could've have been any quicker, easier or better. Highly recommend.
I had a problem with a recent order which was my fault (wrong email address) This was quickly and effeciently resolved and my order is on the way. I like their range of products and will cerrtainly use them again Its refreshing to deal wirh a company that cares and seems to have a good product range. Thank you
