UPDATED REVIEW:After a couple of back and forth emails, I am happy say that the issue has been resolved and the Excellent Customer Service title stands true. I will have Breck & Fox working lights in time for the nice weather.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I purchased two globe lights from Breck & Fox in late summer 2024. These lights were perfect for my covered patio setup, and I took proper care to store them indoors during the winter months, keeping them in my closet.Unfortunately, upon attempting to charge them for spring use, I've encountered issues. One light only emits a very faint orange glow when plugged in, while the other shows no charging indication at all. What stands out positively is Breck & Fox's exceptional customer service. They responded to my concerns almost immediately and are actively working with me to resolve the charging issues. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable.I'm currently rating this 5 stars based on the lights when they are working and the outstanding customer service that I have received thus far and their quick response time. I will update this review with the final resolution and adjust the rating accordingly.
