I bought a watch for my wife for our anniversaryShe opened it on our date, it didn't work, she was very upset and it ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion You told me you would send me a battery and I could pay to have it replaced at a watch repair store. We don't know that it's the battery, it may just be a broken watch. Even if it's just the battery I don't want to take a brand new watch to a repair store!!! Why did I pay over $200 for that??? I just want to send it back to you and get my money back.You said I could pay $10 AND buy my own label to return it which is not acceptable. This is not me making a return because I didn't like something, this is me dealing with your NON FUNCTIONING PRODUCTAfter I placed this order, mysteriously my debit card was compromised so I had to cancel that card and have a new card. So even if I WANTED to do your return portal, it wouldn't work because you can't select the return payment method.I asked several times how to deal with that and you never responded. Now it's past the return window and I can't do ANYTHING and you guys won't respond.
