You should not buy Breda if you live internationally. I had the worst customer experience ever from this brand. (Living in Paris, FR). I ordered the package in October, by Mid November I hadn’t received it. I reached out to customer service as I noticed my credit card was charged despite not receiving the watch I ordered.The interaction went like this, I asked for a status inquiry on my order. The customer team said they would look into it. They confirmed my order address, it was correct. I mentioned 3ème étage in French in the email (third floor in English). Customer service then proceeds to blame me that this is why I hadn’t received my package, despite my name being on the inner phone and having the mailbox in the lobby.Next I contact them again and they say the package was “stolen”, I say it is unlikely, I previously lived on a very safe street near the US Embassy and presidential palace , there are cameras everywhere. Despite, I ask them to look into the matter further and contact Le Poste, so I know what to do.They do none of this, and they offer no resolution or proof of delivery they then claimed they “had” after the package was “stolen”. I ask to see the proof of delivery, they never send me a screenshot or any proof. It is now December, my order was from October and my credit card bill has already been paid/ charged.In conclusion do not order from Breda unless you want lackluster customer service, to not receive your watch, and to still get charged for it.
