If you order these collars keep your expectations very very low. I received three in the old style which makes me think I got their old stock. They insisted I didn’t however my collars do not resemble the ones in the ad. They’re a dismal failure. I was conned by the great reviews (obviously bots or paid) and my cats paid that price. I approached customer service asking was I supposed to activate these collars in some way, warm water, microwave? I received a cut and paste response for a dog. I don’t have a dog. Extremely disappointed in myself for being so conned. They prey on people who are desperate to help their animals. Caveat Emptor. And yes I’ve vacuumed to within an inch of my life and wash sheets in hot water every single day. I’ve sprayed. These fleas cling to the cats and the worst bites are under the collar and behind the ears, tail and rump. If you read this and still decide to buy you’ll soon be writing a review like mine. Update: I didn’t bother to get hold of Breezedo customer service. There’s zero point. The product is a dismal failure. I discovered diatomaceous earth powder and within four hours cats stopped scratching and excessive grooming stopped. It’s a process but a week along the improvement is incredible. Ditch the Breezedo collars like I did. Complete scam.

I made a mistake on my order and emailed customer services. I received a response from Joanne almost immediately. The matter was resolved the same day. This company provides me the option to NOT use insecticides to treat my Dog for fleas and ticks. I will be a customer of theirs for a very long time. The exemplary customer service is always a plus.
Wow is an understatement . I was combining our cats twice a day, some times more. Gone through a lot of money in products . So afraid of getting the wrong thing that would hurt them. This works immediately. One of the 2 cats came to me I put it on she laid down in her spot and slept. The other is wearing her collar and not itching so much that it seems like it was all she did. As I look at her now she's just looking outside laying on the couch resting for her next resting spot adventure 😁 finally a happy place. thank you all from the ones who had the ideal to the ones who sends it out to the people. I have the flea and tick collars on for 7 months now. They are good for 8 months and I have ordered new ones to put on next month. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs wearing the collars. They are indoor and outdoor animals. The have several acres to roam. This acreage includes hay fields and forests. Not one has brought a flea into the house. There have been no dead or attached ticks brought into the house. Only my long-haired cat has brought in any ticks and the ticks make no attempt to bite this cat, the ticks just want to escape his long, thick fur. I try to brush this cat before he comes in, which means no ticks entering the house when I catch him first! The Breeze website is easy to use and customer service has been great. I have been thrilled to find a flea and tick product that works without the dangerous chemicals of others.
Sent you a message 4 days ago but have had no reply. Would like to hear your response as to why the last 3 collars did not work for my cat.. All previous collars worked great on him, but these last 3 just did not do the same. Would appreciate refund or replacement please.
