I purchased a screen that came in its own packaging. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong type (my mistake). I followed the return instructions from the support team. Since the package was unopened upon arrival, I returned it via USPS in its original packaging. However, it seems to have been damaged during transit, and now they refuse to refund my money. I would understand if I had repackaged it, but if their packaging isn't suitable for shipping, that’s not my responsibility! They need to improve their packaging for safe delivery. So, not only did I pay for the screen, but I also incurred shipping costs to return it. As a live streamer, I won't be using their services again, and I’ll make sure my streaming colleagues avoid them as well. A valuable lesson learned. Never again.

I ordered a projector from this seller but received a product without any model information or menu. The functions that the model should have are missing in the product I received. Many buttons on the remote do not work. It is not the model I ordered but rather useless. Avoid this seller.

They advertised an item for about 10% less than other retailers. However, days after I placed my order and they processed my payment, they canceled it without any communication. I found out through a PayPal refund that they chose not to fulfill the order to avoid honoring their advertised price. When I reached out via email, they didn't respond. I am very disappointed and upset.
